My work "Untitled (Square)", about the concept of "agora" has been selected with other 53 artworks for “Agorà – 2012 Miniartextil Como” by Luciano Caramel, Nicoletta Cavadini Ossanna (CH) and Wlodzimierz Cygan (PL), among 354 works from 46 coutries. It will be exposed at Villa Olmo in Como, Montrouge-Paris and Venice.
The work deals with the new agora, internet, the web, and the old agora, the square, almost reduced to a space sacred to events or just a crossing point, surely not still an identity place as it was in the past.
SO so so so so so so so so so happy!!!!!!!!!!!

La mia opera "Senza titolo (Piazza)" sul concetto di "agorà" è stata selezionata con altre 53 da Luciano Caramel, Nicoletta Cavadini Ossanna (CH) e Wlodzimierz Cygan (PL) per “Agorà– 2012 Miniartextil Como” fra i lavori di 354 artisti provenienti da 46 Paesi.
Sarà esposta nella collettiva “Agorà – 2012 Miniartextil Como” a Villa Olmo a Como.
Nei mesi successivi sarà in esposizione a Montrouge-Parigi e a Venezia.
L'opera affronta il rapporto fra piazza reale e piazza virtuale, luogo e non luogo, individualità e socialità. Il ruolo una volta ricoperto dalla piazza, ormai divenuta spiazzo per eventi e spazio di transito, è ormai prerogativa del web. tela di ragno ove confluiscono dati e identità fluide, bozzolo di seta simbolo di un Io che si dipana e avvolge su se stesso.
